- Envisioned the concept of the Rate My PO app, empowering people on parole to anonymously rate their parole officers and share their experiences.
- Collaborated with designers and software engineers to build a user-friendly platform with features focused on transparency, accountability, and community engagement.
- Collaborated with the community, Project Protocol designer, and software engineer on a comprehensive resource directory to support individuals navigating the parole system.
- Collaborated with the community and the Project Protocol team to develop and Implement ethical data practices, ensuring privacy, consent, and community ownership of collected data.

- Lead the Executive Director (ED) transition (September 2024–January 2025): Created the transition committee, timelines, worked with the communications team, and conducted three rounds of interviews with the committee to and successfully hired a new ED.

- Co-led the conception, planning, and production of a large-scale arts and justice festival featuring 25 artists, advocates, and social justice organizations.
- Collaborated in the curatorial vision centering system-impacted voices and fostering connections with the broader Los Angeles community.
- Directed outreach and relationship-building with artists, nonprofits, and reentry-focused organizations.
- Collaborated on the creation of a community-produced zine amplifying stories, art, and history related to incarceration and reentry.
